Worm's Daily Fantasy ("we") runs wormsdailyfantasy.com, a members site with daily fantasy sports projections, grades and research. This page explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

Your account. When you sign in we receive your email address and, if you use Google or Discord, your name and profile picture from that service. Sign-in is handled by Clerk (clerk.com).

Payments. Subscriptions are processed by Stripe (stripe.com). Your card details go straight to Stripe; we never see or store them. We keep your subscription status and renewal date so the site knows you're a member.

Cookies. We use one cookie to keep you signed in, plus the cookies Clerk and Stripe need to sign you in and take payment. Your light/dark theme choice is saved in your own browser. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Site traffic. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are used. It doesn't use cookies.

How we use it

Only to run the site: to sign you in, give members access, handle billing and contact you about your membership. We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.

Who else handles it

Clerk (sign-in), Stripe (payments) and Cloudflare (hosting) process data for us under their own privacy policies. If you sign in with Google or Discord, their policies apply to that sign-in.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your account while it's active. To have it deleted, cancel any subscription and ask us via our Discord server. Stripe keeps payment records as the law requires.

Children

The site is for adults 18 and over and isn't directed at children.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes, the date at the top will change. Questions: reach us via our Discord server.
