Terms of Service

Last updated November 1, 2026

These terms cover your use of wormsdailyfantasy.com ("the site"), run by Worm's Daily Fantasy ("we"). By signing in or subscribing you agree to them.

Membership

A membership costs $20/month and renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel any time from the Account page (Manage billing). After you cancel you keep access until the end of the month you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. We don't give refunds for partial months. If the price ever changes, we'll tell members before it applies to them.

Your account

Memberships are for one person. Don't share your sign-in or redistribute the site's projections, grades or files. We may suspend accounts that do.

What the site is

The site gives information and analysis for daily fantasy sports. We don't run contests, take bets or hold money for contests. Projections are estimates and are often wrong; nothing on the site is a guarantee of results or financial advice. You decide how to play and are responsible for following the rules where you live. You must be 18 or older, or older where your state requires it.

Availability

We aim to keep the site updated and available but can't promise it will always be on time or error-free.

Liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses from using it, including contest entries, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last month.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top will change. Questions: reach us via our Discord server.
